We keep this simple, because our approach to your data is simple. Rhomi is a general partnership based in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, and what we don't.

We don't sell your data, ever. We don't track you around the web or build advertising profiles. We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand what's popular, and if you email us, we use your message to reply. That's it.

Aggregate, anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits, see which pages are popular, and keep the site fast. These are privacy-friendly tools: they don't use cookies and don't identify you personally. They collect general, anonymized information like page views, the type of device or browser you're using, and a rough region, never your name or anything that points back to you.

What you send us by email. If you email us, including through the "get in touch" and demo flows that open a ready-to-send email in your own email app, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this only to reply and to talk through how we might help your business.

When you try the demo, your answers are used right there in your browser to build the sample preview. They aren't sent to us or stored on a server. The only time those answers reach us is if you choose to send the email we prepare for you at the end, and even then, the email opens in your own email app for you to review and send.

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.

• Vercel hosts this website and provides the analytics described above. Like most modern web hosting, this means data may be processed and stored on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.
• Our email provider handles email sent to hello@rhomi.ca.

We don't share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.

We keep emails you send us for as long as we need them to help you or keep our records, and no longer than necessary.

Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll take care of it.

This site and our services are meant for business owners, not children, and aren't directed at anyone under the age of majority.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
